Congratulations to Nonprofit Management student Jialin Zhong on her role as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at American Red Cross!

“My main role is to develop training materials for a new diversity-focused community partnerships program. The purpose of this program is to train staff to shift their mindset from building transactional partnerships to deeply engaging with the communities behind the ARC partners.”
