I recently completed a summer internship as an analytics engineer at CVS Health and am thrilled to share that I’ll be returning as a data engineer after graduation. My journey with CVS began when I interviewed for a marketing strategy role with CVS Caremark, which led to a recommendation for my current position. Following two rounds of interviews, I received an offer. Two key factors that contributed to my success were my proactive approach, exemplified by preparing an 800-word marketing report after the initial interview, and my readiness with various stories from my academic and professional background to address behavioral questions.
The Data Engineer role will be responsible for designing scalable data platforms for collecting, storing, and analyzing diverse datasets, collaborating with stakeholders to meet healthcare-related data analysis needs. Our work involves working on data engineering solutions to optimize data profiling and ingestion from various healthcare business channels.
