Career Design Lab has been super helpful in my job application journey. CDL helped me connect with an ERM alumni who is currently working as a director in VNS Health and he referred me to the position.
As a risk management intern, I was responsible for monitoring emerging risks coordinating meetings to communicate with risk owners about top enterprise risks and corresponding KRI developments, engaging in consulting firm re-structuring activities and assist with quarterly risk updates, and supporting enterprise-wide adaptation of a new GRC Tool. I also took the initiative and designed a qualitative and quantitative business report that aids in the assistance of strategic investment lines for revenue diversification.
