At New York Life Insurance I have been able to unlock opportunities in data to make informed decisions that enhance client experience and advance the efficiency of business processes. CDL has been an integral part of my career journey. During my time as a CDL intern, I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely alongside my coaches while gaining direct exposure to the center’s wide range of valuable service offerings as both an administrator and an end user. Being immersed in this environment really helped in advancing my career journey and gaining strategic insights that ultimately led me to my current position.
