New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA)
The New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. (NYSDRA) is a not-for-profit membership organization committed to the promotion of quality conflict management and peaceful dispute resolution. Through leadership, education, promotion of professional standards and training and development of innovative statewide programs, NYSDRA provides opportunities for people, communities, organizations and businesses to effectively respond to conflict.
NYSDRA manages several mediation and arbitration programs for state and federal agencies as well as provides training on various dispute resolution tactics. Customized services are provided through our statewide membership of individual practitioners and Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs).
NYSDRA strives to provide valuable benefits to their members as part of their investment to support our organization, advancing the field of dispute resolution.
Student Membership is available to individuals who are enrolled as full- or part-time students in an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral program and have an interest in dispute resolution. A current student ID is required. Annual dues are $25.
CDRC Volunteer Membership is available to CDRC affiliated staff and volunteers. Providing the name of the CDRC with a contact person and phone number is required. Annual dues are $25.
Individual Membership is available for dispute resolution professionals, CDRC program staff and volunteers, educators and other supporters of the alternative dispute resolution field. Annual dues are $85.

2023 Annual Conference: Join the Resolution! (Oct 25 – Oct 26)
The conference is a clarion call for current and aspiring ADR practitioners across the state to come together with fellow practitioners, experts, and leaders in the field to build a stronger, more inclusive, and resolute dispute resolution community.
The conference draws content experts and key partners across the ADR spectrum. The focus of the event is on learning, networking, and sharing ideas and innovations to advance the field of dispute resolution, supporting practitioners, and enabling those seeking and promoting access to justice to connect with the individuals and organizations trained and prepared to provide quality dispute resolution services.
