Job Description:
Working on-site at Teradyne in Agoura Hills, CA you will design and develop electro-mechanical instrument assemblies and system platforms used by the world’s largest electronics manufactures. This includes:
- Working with Hardware and System Engineers developing prototypes and mock-ups.
- Designing custom electro-mechanical test fixtures.
- Developing products within cross functional Engineering and Operations teams
Job Requirements
- Working on a BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Demonstrated electro-mechanical design/analysis skills
- System and electronics packaging and fabrication knowledge is helpful, including PCB assembly, machining, molding, casting, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Proficient with SolidWorks CAD software.
- Excellent communications, team work and leadership skills required

Based in Agoura Hills, CA, this person will be an individual contributor to a multi-site, multifunctional engineering design and product development team.
- Conceptualize, select and defend technical solutions to complex and highly integrated mechanical engineering problems. ·
- Participate in machine and equipment design projects at the detail part level. ·
- Document and execute design verification test plans. ·
- Devise simple automation and text fixture designs using slides, motors, and controls
