About the Role
Join our team as a Business Data Analyst Intern and collaborate on identifying complex process steps and documenting them using Visio and Word. Gain hands-on experience, contribute to projects, and learn from experienced professionals. This role offers valuable insights, networking opportunities, and a chance to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities

Scheduling and facilitating individual meetings to gain an understanding of each process.

Coordinating and facilitating group meetings once individual meetings are complete and begin pulling all individual processes together into one start-to-finish flow.

Capturing detailed notes that would be used for building the Visio flow and work document details.

Identifying areas of improvement to current processes while capturing process steps.

Scheduling and attending touch points with the PIT lead and providing updates, issues, and roadblocks for the project.

Presenting progress to management, following milestones set at the start of the internship.
Requirements

Be a currently enrolled student pursuing an education in business, communications, computer science, bcom informatics, or a related field of study.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.

Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Be able to follow instructions, take constructive feedback, and implement changes to improve work quality.

Be able to take complex processes and break them down into smaller simplified processes for better user experience and understanding.

Be a great problem-solver and can identify and implement effective solutions.

Demonstrate good technical and analytical skills.

$20/hour
