You will be the Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Staff, AMMM – Level 4for the Supply Operations planning and execution effort associated with Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) including C-130, C-5, LM-100J, & P-3 Weapons Systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Staff, AMMM – Level 4 your primary focus will be supporting C-130J Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) programs. You will be the lead and principle point of contact regarding the effort to process spares, repairs, and provide status through the ordering systems to ensure delivery within contractual timeframes.
You will also support proposal development, project management, and finance management teams’ daily task and responsibilities include:
- Ability coordinate with local satellite Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider
- Provide Supply and Logistical support in the procurement/ manufacture and repair of AMMM aircraft spare and Manage repair action in accordance with customer orders to achieve timely repair and return of assets
- Manage repair purchase orders from DCS customers
- Manage spares purchase orders from DCS customers
- Generate requisitions for Spares orders and repair action in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP)
- Generate repair and logistics status and deliver timely information to Customers
- Manage repair action with Supply Chain Management, Contracts and Customers in accordance with customer requirements to achieve timely delivery or spares or repair and return of assets
- Preparing and/or coordinating required International Trade Compliance documentation for export control
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Role requires some international travel on annual basis

Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with program, project, and/or team leadership
- Experience working as team gathering and analyzing data and to accomplish solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrated experience with SAP or like enterprise resource planning tool
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly the use of Excel and Power Point in the preparation of graphs, charts and presentations
Desired Skills:
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead, multitask and adapt easily in a rapidly changing environment
- Customer Service skills.
- Preferred but not required; Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Supply/ Logistics Management degree preferred.
Experience with Inventory and/or Capital Control.
- Seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter and familiar with inventory management, financial, contracting, and product support activities.
- Individual should be familiar with requirements development, management, negotiation, and verification.
- Candidate should have exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers
- Knowledge of the following MRP management systems: SAP, GOLD, and logistics
- Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
