BUSINESS UNIT INTRODUCTION:
At Rakuten Advertising, the Revenue Operations team is responsible for developing intelligence across the revenue funnel, delivering insights to leadership, and improving processes that support our strategic commercial objectives and growth targets. As part of the Commercial Operations organization, this team measures and optimizes performance at every stage of the customer journey. Revenue Operations works closely and collaboratively with global sales and client services, finance, marketing, and commercial leadership.
SUMMARY:
The Revenue Operations Intern is responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention. They work closely with the commercial teams to align efforts and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as close rate, pipeline generation, and sales cycle. Identify and help resolve challenges and issues within our CRM. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Box, & Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the hourly rate for this role will be between $20 – $30 per hour. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
