Pricing Analyst Intern

What we’re seeking:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Pricing Analyst Intern to join our dynamic pricing team. The Intern will play a critical role in researching and recommending pricing strategies and models to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness across our Wholesale product portfolio. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, finance, and marketing to drive pricing initiatives and support key business objectives.
Internships will run for 10 weeks between June – August 2024. The targeted interview timeframe is October-November and March-April. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to Dallas, TX to complete the program.

We’re seeking interns with a passion for collaboration and creative problem-solving. As you apply your education to a real-life working environment, you’ll create a foundation of experiences that put classroom concepts into practice. Your strong work ethic will shine through as you engage throughout our program.
What you’ll do:
- Improve and automate pricing models to drive revenue growth and profitability across our wholesale product portfolio
- Build regression models to predict price, volume, and churn using statistical tools
- Engage in quickly and accurately approving RFP/RFQs through Salesforce and internal quoting systems
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management to support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the telecommunications industry to anticipate market dynamics and inform pricing strategies

What background you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or statistics
- Strong communication skills: ability to synthesize complex data analyses to simplified summaries
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of statistical programming
- Experience with data visualization tools & large data tables
- Ability to work on and prioritize multiple initiatives, incorporating change management as it occurs
