General Summary
The Credit Administration Junior Analyst position has primary responsibility assisting the department with workload and support functions for new and existing extensions of credit, annual reviews, etc.
All associates at Capital City Bank have access to confidential client information, and must practice discretion at all times.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Credit Administration Junior Analyst is responsible for oversight and coordination of the following:
- Individual will rotate in multiple areas of Credit Administration to acquire knowledge and insight on functions of the departments.
- Provide high quality service by assisting with all aspects of credit analysis.

All associates must understand and adhere to the non-negotiable Banker Standards and commit to practicing SGNNT at all times. Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, with department managers setting the standard.
Associated Duties
- Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
- Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Required
The following KSAs are usually acquired through work experience and/or specialized course(s):
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Experience, entailing all types of real estate, including assignments prepared for financing decisions.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Windows-based computer applications including Word and Excel.
- Able to function independently with minimal supervision in a high production environment.
Education
It is recommended that candidate possess or are in the process of pursuing the following education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/finance is preferred from a four year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience that gives an understanding of work procedures, job standards, and the job knowledge that may be required.
Working Conditions
- Professional environment with occasional travel if required.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
- In the rare instance of a major or extensive natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic occurrence, or other disruption within our footprint, it may be necessary for associates to relocate or telecommute before, during or after, to ensure business continuity.
- Positions approved for Hybrid Flex/Remote Work are determined by department manager and HR. All associates approved to participate in a Flex/Remote work schedule will review and acknowledge the guidelines outlined in the Hybrid Flex/Remote Work Policy.
