Recruiters. Company representatives offering full-time roles and internships, looking for qualified candidates for open positions.
Networkers: Are made up of alumni, faculty and industry professionals who have come to build relationships and share their knowledge about their career experiences.
Professional Associations: Is a group of individuals working in the same field who join together to advance their careers, industry, and the public good. Joining one can offer valuable networking opportunities, access to industry information and resources, and potential career advancement.

For an updated list of participants go to Career Fair Plus. You can also download the app. Please note that the partipants and tables where they are listed are subject to change. Tables listed with numbers are employers. Tables listed with letters are for networkers.

Be strategic with your time. Focus on quality, not quantity. Identify three to five organizations that best match your interests and career goals and aim for targeted conversations rather than trying to meet everyone.
Expect lines and wait times. While we are working to limit lines with timed entry, please understand that there will be queues during the event for the different recruiters and networkers.
Limit conversations to no more than 5 minutes per employer/networker so all students have an opportunity to connect.
The focus is on building relationships. Use this event to explore open career opportunities at various companies.
Plan ahead and do your research. Review the list of attending organizations in advance and plan your top priorities.
Be professional and respectful. Wait patiently and communicate professionally.
Help manage capacity. After meeting with your top employers, kindly exit the event space.
Dress for success. Business professional or business casual attire is recommended. Dress as you would for an interview.

1. How many resumes should I bring?
Bring about 10 – 15 paper copies. Not every representative will request a paper copy, but having extras ensures you’re prepared if you meet more people than expected. Always have your personal Linkedin QR code handy to share easily.

2. Is there a printer at the location?
No, there will not be a printer onsite. Please bring printed copies of your resume.

3. What should I wear?
Business professional or business casual attire is recommended. Dress as you would for an interview.

4. Do I need to stay for the entire event?
No. Please attend during your designated entry/exit window, meet your target organizations, and then exit so other students can have the same opportunity.

5. How do I decide which organizations to visit?
Review the list ahead of time and select 3 – 5 top organizations that align with your interests and career goals.

6. Can I talk to more than 3 – 5 organizations?
Yes, but prioritize your top choices first. Think quality over quantity.

7. Will there be long wait times?
Yes. Some organizations may have longer lines due to higher student interest. Please be patient and use the time to review your notes or practice your pitch.

8. Can I bring food or drinks?
No. Outside food or beverages are allowed in the event areas. Water will be available at designated fountains.

9. Will employers be offering interviews on the spot?
Most organizations will not conduct interviews during the event, but they may invite you to apply or follow up after the event.

10. What should I do after the fair?
Send a thank-you email or LinkedIn message to the representatives you spoke with. Following up shows professionalism and helps you stand out.
