
Trip to Your Organization:
Invite a group of our students to experience your organization firsthand. This is a great opportunity for students to visit your offices, get a behind-the-scenes look at your operations, and engage with employees who can share insights about their roles, career paths, and the company culture. Hosting such visits allows students to see what it’s like to work in your organization and helps build a pipeline of engaged, informed candidates.
On-Campus Interviewing:
We offer our partners the opportunity to conduct in-person recruiting either on campus or at our offices, conveniently located near Times Square. This service allows us to collaborate closely with you to understand your recruitment needs and identify students whose profiles align with the roles you’re seeking to fill. Our team works with you to streamline the process and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
Industry Panels:
Each year, we organize Industry Panels and Forums in collaboration with our academic programs, inviting leading professionals and specialists to share their expertise. We encourage our partners to take an active role in these events by participating as panelists or guest speakers, providing valuable insights to our students, and fostering meaningful connections within our academic community.
Site Visits:
If your company has a facility or project you would like to showcase, we can arrange site visits for our students. This gives them the chance to see your operations up close, gain practical insights, and understand the scope of work in your industry. It’s a great way to inspire students and provide them with real-world context that enhances their academic learning.
Business Challenges and Competitions:
Throughout the year, we invite employers to become sponsors or judges for our business challenges and competitions. These events provide an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world problems, while your company benefits from fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. It’s also a great way to identify top talent in a competitive setting.
Company Information Sessions (Virtual or In Person)
Host an information session, either in person or virtually, to showcase your company, highlight career opportunities, and discuss internships. Many of our students are eager to learn about recruitment processes, the skills you’re looking for, and how they can align their career goals with your company’s vision. These sessions are an excellent way to connect directly with students and answer their questions about working with you.
Attend Career Expo and Fairs:
Throughout the year, we organize a variety of career fairs and expos where our partners can engage with top talent. In the spring, we host a major expo in collaboration with different schools at Columbia, and in the fall, our own Career and Networking Expo attracts over 1,000 students. These events provide a unique platform to meet students from a range of disciplines, showcase your organization, and build relationships with future employees.
