In a thoughtful conversation, Alma talks about bouncing back after unexpected career changes and explains her response to an abrupt change that led her to become the CEO of her career.

She is highly skilled in analyzing end-to-end business processes, designing digital products and transforming employee and customer experience.
A change catalyst and thought leader, she is a frequent guest speaker at Fordham University MBA Program, active member of FinTech Connect global community. She enjoys the arts and live performances in NYC and is an accomplished photographer.
As a digital transformation leader, she’s worked with companies including Standard and Poors, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, City National, Docusign, Citi Bank and TD Bank.
Alma is an alumni of Columbia University’s Master’s in Executive Technology Management program.
