I learned about BetMGM through a recruiter who approached me on LinkedIn back in 2019. At that time BetMGM was still in its infancy and I was approx. employee number 30. Since then I had the amazing opportunity to grow my career at BetMGM from Project Manager to Head of Project to Director of Program Management and now Senior Director, Program Management. As the Senior Director, Program Management, I lead the PMO team at BetMGM. The PMO team is responsible for aligning our Project portfolio with the company’s strategic goals, the planning and prioritization of the Product portfolio and the delivery of strategic initiatives. We drive process improvement and are instrumental in the definition of the ways of working across BetMGM. Some of our key projects include the launch of the BetMGM Sports Betting and iGaming app in newly regulated states on day 1.
