At Microsoft, I worked as a machine learning intern in the Devices FP&A team. My role involved designing and implementing machine learning models to enhance forecasting accuracy for Windows Surface devices and accessories. I designed advanced Python-based models that significantly improved the accuracy of forecasts, cutting down the time needed for forecasting from 8 hours to just 6 minutes. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the models delivered actionable insights and supported data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
