As a Solutions & Operations Intern, I will collaborate with a talented team of technology specialists, solutions consultants, and operations professionals to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance access to education. In this role, I will focus on streamlining processes such as Inclusive Access operations, metadata management, and digital product delivery, ensuring students receive affordable, high-quality learning materials. Through the Inclusive Access business model, which integrates course materials into tuition to reduce costs, I am excited to contribute to McGraw Hill’s mission of making education more accessible and equitable for all learners.
I obtained this opportunity with the help of Nicole, my CDL coach, who played a crucial role in preparing me for this transition into my first tech role. Together, we conducted mock interviews, refined my responses, and discussed my career goals in-depth to align them with McGraw Hill’s mission and values. Nicole’s guidance helped me build confidence and present my skills effectively, ensuring I was well-prepared to succeed in the interview process.
