As the Chelsea F.C. Community Manager for Viral Nation, I primarily oversee the @ChelseaFCinUSA Twitter account as well as other USA-specific Facebook and Instagram content. I cultivate a “fan-type” tone of voice for Chelsea’s American fan base by implementing relevant content strategies on multiple social media platforms. My duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in audience interactions, and planning digital campaigns to further build the Chelsea fanbase within the United States. Massive credit to fellow peer Matt McGovern for initially seeing the opportunity online and sharing it with me knowing that I would be a great fit for the role.
