I joined Citi as a Human Resources Summer Associate in New York. Citi’s Human Resources function plays a key role in servicing one of the most important client groups for Citi: its employees. Touching every part of every employee’s day-to-day life, our Human Resources team works in close partnership with Citi Business leaders to attract, develop, engage and retain the talented individuals who work here.
The guidance from the CDL career coach Dorlene during the resume review, along with the knowledge gained from the HCM program and the coaching sessions with our program director Dr. Steve Safier were invaluable and enabled me to attain this role.
