As an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, I will primarily focus on cross-border M&A transactions, assisting in deal execution, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. My role involves conducting due diligence, preparing client presentations, and coordinating with various stakeholders across different regions. By working closely with senior bankers and clients, I will help facilitate strategic transactions, leveraging Morgan Stanley’s global network and industry expertise to navigate complex cross-border deal structures.
I obtained this opportunity through extensive networking with Columbia University alumni who provided valuable insights into Morgan Stanley’s investment banking culture and recruitment process.
