Professional Associations

The North Country Human Resources Association (NCHRA) is dedicated to enhancing the HR profession by providing opportunities for education, research, and the exchange of information among its members. The mission of NCHRA is to raise the standards of performance in human resource management and personnel administration, provide a forum for personal and professional development, and support leadership, managerial, public speaking, and group decision-making skills. NCHRA offers a space for members to develop trust relationships, discuss common HR challenges, and focus on current HR management issues that are important to the profession. The association also plays a key role in advocating for legislative attention to state and national HR issues.

  • Professional Certification: NCHRA offers programs to support HR professionals in advancing their certification and expertise in various HR fields.
  • Global Network: Connects HR professionals in the North Country region, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and career development.
