The Division of Service Operations manages the Central Intake and Licensure unit, the one-stop shop for intake of applications and payments. The Division also oversees the Customer Contact Center (CCC), which handles all initial interaction conducted via telephone and e-mail. This position is located in the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure, Bureau Chief.

- Must have experience in or knowledge of communicating and testing system changes

Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a professional position providing high-level support to the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure. The incumbent in this position serves as the Bureau Data Steward by conducting, maintaining, and distributing all operational reports for the Bureau. This position also provides technical support to the Bureau in the form of system testing, troubleshooting system problems, and provides direct support to the Bureau Knowledge Champion. Work includes the performance of duties that involve independent formulation and analysis, with the ability to recommend and follow through with a course of action.
The incumbent in this position performs the following work and other related activities:
- Generates and distributes the Bureau’s daily statistical operational reports from the document imaging software utilized by the Department. All statistical data will be updated on a daily basis and reviewed for accuracy. Reports are distributed via email to all applicable members of BCIL Management and Department Senior Management.
- Generates, maintains and distributes Bureau operational metrics and profession specific performance reports to our internal customers, utilizing information from both automatically generated and manually created reports. Operational metrics are distributed via email to the Department Performance Officer monthly and to internal customers upon request.
- Generates reports using SQL queries and distributes weekly file maintenance and unassigned cash reports to the License Operations Teams and workload volume reports for our internal customers.
- Configures and tests all aspects of renewal transactions within the Department single licensing system for our internal customers ensuring all processes are operating as designed.
- Reports any discrepancies to management with recommendations.
- Coordinates user acceptance testing for tickets and software deployment involving the bureau, submits help desk tickets and performs adjunct services as requested.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of computer operations, systems, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Work, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
