Customer Success Group
The Customer Solutions Analytics & Insights team is responsible for building backend analytical data products and machine learning models that enhance our stakeholders’ ability to perform self-serve analytics. We seek to build robust data products that meet the needs of our internal partners and innovate new solutions for business problems.
As a Senior Product Manager with Customer Solutions Analytics and Insights, you will lead in the vision, development, and launch of our data science and engineering products. You’ll help the team organize ideas into action, draw from the business and prioritize the future direction of our products.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include…
Define the product strategy for the team’s Customer Solutions’ Data Model.
Develop vision, roadmaps, and plans with Customer Solutions Analytics & Insights to drive analytical capabilities.
Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives.
Work closely with a team of data scientists and data engineers to implement new product features at scale.
Serve as a product owner on internal scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver high quality products on time.
Guide the team through framing tradeoffs and influencing the best path forward.
Define, collect and measure key product metrics to determine success/failure of each product release, and plan improvements accordingly.
Measure outcomes of product improvements at Tableau, with Tableau.
Who you are…
Product Obsessed: You have a passion for working with high-performance teams to deliver high quality products that make a difference in your organization. You have a proven track record of delivering impact at scale and influencing without authority.
You’re Experienced: Bachelor’s Degree required. You’ve done this before. You’ve had 6+ years of experience in a product manager role. You know how to drive the work forward and persevere through obstacles.
Lead From the Front: You lead and influence without direct authority, and develop working relationships with key decision makers. You are comfortable working in ambiguity and cross-functionally.
Data-Driven: You’re a data person, and know how to work with data people. You’ve worked with data engineering or data science teams previously to build out analytical warehouses, big data architecture, or deploy solutions at scale. You know how to measure success and find ways to always be improving in process and flow.
Customer Focused: You excel at working with customers to identify not just their wants, but their needs, and translate those into business requirements.
Go-Getter. Tableau and Salesforce.com product knowledge or the ability to learn it quickly. Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing environment.
Detail oriented. Nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you.

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $121,100. You may also be entitled to receive incentive compensation and benefits.
