FP&A Manager, Global Procurement North America Indirects
This role will report to Senior Manager, Global Procurement FP&A on the Global Procurement Finance team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Play a leading role in developing strategies, executing savings analysis on productivity initiatives and validating the related financials related to spend
Accountable for developing, in partnership with category leads and VP Indirects, the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts. Provides necessary support and guidance from systems and tools to category leads while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of each deliverable
Collaborate and build relationships across all categories within Indirects to ensure best practices are shared along with relevant timing of deliverables.
Responsible for the development, management and coaching of one Analyst responsible for MRO, Facilities and POS / Promotions categories
Support contract management process (review/approve contracts, contract logs) and related SOX controls.
Ensure business information and insights are communicated efficiently and accurately
Support preparation of Plan reviews and presentations including numerous ad-hoc senior leadership reviews and maintaining internal reporting tools
Hands-on approach and strong organizational skills utilized to productivity tracking tools and ability to streamline excel based forecast analysis and reporting.
MBA in Finance/ Economics preferred
3-5 years of Corporate Finance experience preferred (5+ years of business experience)
High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, with knowledge of Essbase, and Powersteering including, processing large volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization. Attention to detail.
Ability to build effective relationships, influence others and develop and motivate direct report and Finance team
Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities
