Inventory Analyst, A Wellness Place

Responsible for inventory management and control, inventory software maintenance and procedural /program updates. Inventory build, product receiving, inventory balancing between satellites, inventory & chart audits. Reconciles insurance filing, inventory management system and vendor invoices with CAP transactions. Responsible for researching insurance denials, insurance charging/coding functions, transaction-cash balancing for daily deposits, shipping out inventory and invoice preparation. Generates reports related to monthly and annual inventory control, patient accounts, transactions, and chart audits.
REQUIRED: 1. Associates degree in either Business Administration or Computer Science/Information Technology. 2. One (1) year of professional experience that relates to accounting, inventory or medical practice management. 3. Possess strong analytical skills and mathematical skills. 4. Proficient in the use of personal computer, accounting or inventory software, data processing and Excel. 5. Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment, attention to detail and maintain confidentiality. As of 10/1/2017, employees currently in the A Wellness Place Analyst role are considered Grandfathered and are therefore not required to meet the new educational requirements of this job. Anyone applying for the Analyst role after 10/1/17 must meet the new requirements. PREFERRED: 1. CAP software or inventory management experience. 2. Insurance billing or accounting experience. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Computer Science/Information Technology.
