Full Job Description
The Senior Project Manager serves on major HR administrative systems projects, ensuring overall accountability for the successful completion of the projects. The work performed includes developing and managing detailed project plans, status reports, stakeholder presentations and responsibility for identifying and resolving issues. This role manages the relationship between the project team and different stakeholder groups, resource planning, and appropriate representation of different functional and technical areas. The Senior Project Manager develops a project plan to ensure appropriate transition to operational status and successful hand-off. The individual in this position works with project owners to define project scope and timeframes, to develop project charter and project plans, budgets and resourcing requirements. This role consults and advises stakeholders on budget implications, and develops related performance metrics and standards. The Senior Project Manager also supports and advises the Solution Lead for HR Projects, the Vice President of Human Resources, and other senior management in the overall management of the project portfolio.

7+ years of experience managing projects in HR.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Workday knowledge, PMP, or experience working in consulting.
