Deliver high quality work including understanding client issues and customizing solutions to accurately and best meet client needs to meet expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness; provide guidance and support to more junior colleagues on a project basis, ensuring the quality of their work and provide coaching as required; engagement execution and ensuring workstreams as well as engagement relations; as part of a team, work with clients virtually or on-site to collect and/or deliver information or facilitate workshops and/or trainings; as part of large account teams, support account management and growth by overseeing and streamlining projects and working with account leads to grow relationship through sales activities; participate in sales meetings with potential clients, drafting project proposals including pricing and scoping; evaluate client needs and develop custom solutions together with subject matter experts or project leads; provide guidance and on-the-job training to less senior colleagues during projects.
Requires Bachelor’s in Business Studies, International Business, Sociology, Organizational Psychology and two years of experience in job offered or as Consultant.
Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated organization design and organization transformation methodologies; consulting skills including demonstrated combination of subject matter expertise in Organization Design & Analytics as well as Work and Career Architecture, business acumen, and client delivery skills as well as general knowledge of clients and industries (e.g. life sciences, healthcare, finance); understanding of different business models relating to consulting; capability to draft full project deliverables including job evaluation, methodologies and assessments; background in MS Office and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; demonstrated ability to provide customized solutions to accurately and best meet client needs; project management; demonstrated ability to deliver training and workshops; proficient project pricing and scoping. Up to 25% domestic travel required to client sites.
