We are NDTM (NAND Design, Technology and Manufacturing). We do the technology development and manufacturing the group that sells SSDs (solid state drives).
This particular role will support strategic finance aspects of our technology development including competitive cost estimates of other memory providers, coming up with financially affordable capital targets, roadmap support and ad hoc projects. Additionally, this role would spend ~ 30% of their time focused on FP&A for our TD (technology development) group that is in the US.
This role is responsible for:
1) All strategic elements related to NAND TD and Memory Components. This includes all benchmarking analysis to triangulate competitive plans and cost structure to inform internally what cadence and node densities we should be pursuing to win in cost. Also responsible for all die cost selection, POP processes, strategic analysis around capital transitions/timings for new nodes and ad hoc analysis.
2) Also responsible for FPA for our US NAND TD based group.
The FPA portion of the job should be less than 1/4 of the time spent with the majority focusing on strategy.

This position will be part of Intel through March of 2025. After which, the employee, if they choose, will become an SK Hynix employee. However, given Intel finance robust rotation program, most people rotate every ~ 2 years so the candidate would have the option to rotate to other roles at Intel (prior to March of 2025) at the conclusion of this rotation and continue to work for Intel. Or, they can stay and move to SK Hynix.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Bachelor’s or Master’s or MBA degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of related Finance practical experience.
Previous experience in strategy roles.
