As an Actuary intern, you will:

Gain knowledge of life insurance products including term, whole life, and interest-sensitive life as well as fixed and payout annuities.

Work with actuarial modeling software to update assumptions, run scenarios, and validate model outputs for accuracy and reliability.
-
Compile and analyze data for mortality, lapse, and new business distribution experience studies.
-
Develop controls and trend analyses to support pricing, valuation, and financial planning.
-
Support the company’s reinsurance strategy through monitoring results, researching treaties, and compiling data.
-
Effectively communicate information, suggestions, recommendations, and decisions.
-
Prepare and maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and results.
-
Compile reports, charts, and graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses.
-
Develop knowledge of actuarial methodologies.
We are looking for students majoring in Actuarial Science or Mathematics.
