IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Associate for one of our top telecom clients. This is a 3 month contract role with potential to extend or convert to permanent. This position is fully onsite for 5 days a week in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Onboarding Associate:
- Working with high volume onboarding/getting people set up for first day– not a true recruiting role, but needing a high level of attention/customer service
- Taking to candidates, going over first day details and informing them of what they will need
- Coordinating times for trainings and getting correct info for templates to be sent out (mix of talking with customer service, sales/technicians to coordinate first day details)
Required Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Onboarding Associate:
- High level of communication / attention to detail
- People that come from customer service would do well
- High school required – HS with relevant experience could work fine
- Do not need any recruiting experience, but knowledge on recruiting process is helpful
- Any prior onboarding experience is also helpful
Preferred Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Onboarding Associate:
- Bachelors preferred
- Plus if they have worked in an ATS systems

Compensation Details: $26-30/hr W2
