Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager in Extreme Blue, you’ll be the business focal working in cross-functional team with three highly skilled technical interns collaborating to create cutting edge solutions for real IBM issues on an accelerated timeline. The best candidate will have the ability to lead a technical team with diverse skills, operate as the Agile Scrum Master to ensure that your team remains on time and on goal for all deliverables, deliver a business plan for your project and work with your team to create a polished final presentation and demo of your team’s work for a final presentation to Sr. IBM leadership at the end of the program. The best candidate does not necessarily need technology background or experience for success in this role. - Must have completed the first year of an accredited MBA program

- Proven experience working independently in a fast-based environment with changing requirements
- Proven experience managing a diverse team of engineering students to deliver their best work
- Proven experience managing a business case for your project including user study, market analysis and go to market strategy for your product
