We are searching for a Finance Manager who will support the Financial Planning & Analysis department with a primary focus on Financial schedules and presentations intended for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. You will work closely with the VP of FP&A to understand, synthesize, document and model key and emerging trends that impact outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the inputs and outputs of the QBR and Board Presentations including commentary and supporting analysis. You will partner heavily and rely on collaboration and relationships with key stakeholders across HGV to achieve these outcomes.
The Financial Planning Manager will assist the department in ad-hoc analysis, advanced modeling, and other FP&A functions as needed. The secondary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining and enhancing a monthly Analysis Packages that call out key insights from working across and collaborating with peers in the segments. The candidate for the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis must possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills; demonstrate strong commercial insights; be able to synthesize and distill meaningful insights form diverse and complex data sources. In addition, they must be able to function independently, be detail oriented, must possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel and have proven strong modeling skills. The candidate should work well under pressure and have demonstrated the ability to prioritize / multi-task effectively.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics
- 3+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis or related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- A basic understanding of Internal Controls / SOX governance
- 3+ years of Timeshare experience
- Public Company FP&A experience
