The Business Operations Analyst II will partner with members of the Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) Operations team to execute key activities to support the strategic objectives of the Marketing and Corporate Affairs department. The Business Operations Analyst II will play a key role in building and maintaining operational processes to support everyday business functions of the Marketing and Corporate Affairs department. In this role, the Business Operations Analyst II is a core team member who will support a variety of operational activities including, but not limited to financial operations, resourcing, compliance, vendor partnerships, and project management. S/he will provide strategic project support including project implementation support, data analysis, and development of executive messaging materials. Under the supervision of the Director, Business Operations, this role will be a leader in the completion of business as usual activities that fall under the scope of the MCA Operations team.
·Manager regular operations in the planning and execution of department financial activities, including execution of the department invoicing and reporting process
·Monitor and report on expenses related to key departmental initiatives and business as usual functions
·Own business as usual processes for resource planning, such as maintaining updated department rosters, org charts, and distribution lists
·Work closely with the Director, Business Operations to track and report on recruitment activities, openings, and trends
·Manage the execution of contract labor portfolio, including agency relationship management, recruitment tracking, roster maintenance, and invoicing.
·Provide project management support of major initiatives including developing cost estimates, benchmarking of current performance, and gathering of competitive assessments (as applicable)
Bachelor’s degee is required for this position.
3+ years of relevant work experience is needed for this position.
