Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to Wayne, PA and based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Your role on the team:
We are looking to expand our team with the help of a Talent Acquisition/HR Coordinator who is looking to gain experience in the realm of HR and Talent Acquisition. This pivotal role will be part of a highly collaborative team dedicated to developing and executing talent sourcing strategies while delivering excellent service to our business.
You can expect to:
- Support onboarding related activities with a focus on coaching managers with the onboarding plans and strategy for integration
- Foster a positive candidate experience by staying in touch with the new hire through onboarding
- Responsible for managing the frontline onboarding program, Including running background checks and drug tests
- Ensure all candidates’ employment records and documents are completed to ensure quick, accurate and seamless workflow from application to onboarding and orientation.
- Responsible for the contract hires from start to onboarding including proper checks before onboarding.
- Support the TA Team in maintaining and updating open requisitions in UKG, as appropriate.
- Contact applicants via phone or email at various points in the hiring process
- Update HRIS (UKG) with employee information: position details, contact details etc.
- Scheduling calendars in preparation for new hire orientation
- Support TA with recruiting activities as needed
- Utilizing various social media channels to promote recruitment efforts and employer branding efforts.
- Create and run reports in HRIS (UKG)
- Process enhancement work and project work, as appropriate, such as Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc projects across HR, Talent as needed
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience), preferred with a degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR/Talent.
- Ability to organize and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
