What does a great Portfolio Manager do?
The Business Systems Analyst – Portfolio Manager is a junior position on Fiserv’s Mobiliti ASP Implementations team with the primary responsibility of coordinating and scheduling implementation projects for business partners. The Portfolio Manager is an advocate for end user client and business unit needs. A candidate is expected to apply fundamental implementation concepts while leveraging their ability to collaborate, coordinate and implement client projects in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial and enjoys operating within a fast-paced, problem solving work environment. The analyst is capable of meeting the demands of Fiserv’s financial institutions, business units and management.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to innovative online banking and mobile banking apps developed for banking clients who use Apple and Google.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst – Portfolio Manager manages the scheduling and coordination of client business and retail implementations across the Mobiliti ASP platform.
Organize weekly and monthly meetings with business units, project managers, clients, and other internal teams to review issues jeopardizing deployments or project timelines.
Manage manual dashboards for data tracking, incorporate system tools with real-time monitoring, and drive transition from manual to electronic dashboards across the department.
Serve as a key escalation point for client, business unit and intradepartmental requests.
Assist leadership with reporting, analytical research and development of processes, SOPs, and training aids.
Document customer requirements, track implementation statuses and defects, log issue resolution and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Manage the implementation cycle to include adherence to critical dates, testing, escalations, prioritization and customer communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Associate’s degree with relevant work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination/management, implementations, or support.

Effective time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Self-starter who can work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in high pressure situations.
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project.
General understanding of Project Management principles.
