The role of the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager is to focus on promoting community engagement across the enterprise through leading, facilitating and communicating volunteerism, philanthropy, and community partnerships to internal and external stakeholders. This individual will champion our internal CSR efforts through the ACT program (Associates.Community.Together). This individual will also manage community partnerships and collaborate across multiple functions as they relate to social responsibility efforts.
What you will do
Contribute to the success of our CSR mission by managing and executing the company’s ACT program, NFL-related community partnerships, nonprofit board sponsorships and public reporting initiatives. This includes oversight of our ACT programs, including Action Matches, Hours, Teams and Committees, as well as facilitating senior leadership board placements and corporate sponsorships.
Administer Empower’s ACT portal, powered by Benevity.
Create content, in partnership with internal communications and marketing, to showcase success stories on the intranet, Teams channels, social media and careers website.
In partnership with Corporate Affairs and Marketing develop, publish and promote company’s annual Community Impact Report.
In partnership with Diversity, Belonging and Equity team, advise business resource groups on nonprofit partners and assist with community engagement relationships/activities.
Partner with HRBPs and other leaders to plan and execute team building activities through the ACT Program.
Lead the collection and management of data to demonstrate achievement of targeted business benefits and outcomes. This includes tracking key performance indicators. Manage program budget.
Advise leadership on future direction of CSR and engagement strategies to continue to meet and exceed program goals. Attend external CSR-related activities and interact in internal company activities to drive awareness and participation of key programs.
Advise on strategic partnerships with external vendors to help achieve program goals.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sustainability or equivalent experience

Preferred Intermediate computer skills including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and website programming
Flexibility to attend events during evenings and weekends
Proven experience managing corporate social responsibility initiatives
Excellent communication skills across various channels, including social media
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally and at all levels of the organization both orally and in writing

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
