People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
HR Partners are the single point of contact in HR for our people and our business leaders. We help our people thrive through building deep personalized relationships and proactively support them through their life, career and client experiences. We succeed in this role by knowing our people and business well.
Examples of the work we do:
Provide individual employee coaching and guidance based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests, aspirations and knowledge of our business
Connect with Business Leaders to understand the business/client strategy and use that knowledge to coach our people, while also coaching Business Leaders based on knowledge of our people
Provide employee support during the entire process of connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles
Work with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities
Manage key HR processes – for example being and HR coach for talent discussions
Build deep personalized relationships with business leaders and our business employees, and proactively support our people through their life, career and project experiences.
•Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business.
•Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities.
•Have honest and transparent conversations while providing cSuite level guidance, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key business priorities at the forefront.
•Work closely with my Business Lead to understand our business strategy and current performance and use that knowledge as I coach my people.
•Work with my HR team to understand talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities.
•Work closely with Talent Futurists and Talent Scouts to understand how the demand for talent is evolving.
Work closely with Client Account HR team to align and support Global programs/client specific initiatives
•Proactively work with employees to ensure business critical employee information is up to date and accurate (Skills, myScheduling, PA, etc.)
•Work with the Employee Experience Lead to coordinate the Employee Experience in the business, including engagement, feedback, coaching and learning.
•Work with the Inclusion & Diversity Lead to develop and execute strategies and actions to achieve I&D objectives and measure the results and key trends in the business.
•Use Workday for deeper analytics/reporting.
•Enable learning programs for employee engagement and skill development.
Ability to pivot and support clients/employees across NA timezones
25% travel required
Minimum of 10 years Human Resources functional experience
Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
Minimum of 6 years of work experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of Human Resources experience
Covid-19 Case Management Support
Prior workforce planning experience
Excellent Excel skills
Extensive experience with problem solving/research
Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with all level project teams collaboratively to address issues
Independently manage sensitive situations across all faucets of operational HR
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Capability to understand and balance the impact of redeployment decisions on all of the business outcomes (overdue demand, labor cost, employee engagement, etc.)
Understanding of financial implications of workforce, level, location, contractor usage, etc. as they are filling demand.
Comfortable learning to use reporting tools and conduct analysis
Capability to understand and appreciate a client’s goals and business strategy in order to balance supply and demand
Effective oral and written communication skills
Customer service/customer relationship management
Strong influence, negotiation and selling skills
Comfortable working virtually (in office as required)
Collaborative, able to work across organizational entities and to build and maintain strong networks
Advocate for inclusion and diversity
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,600 – $139,399
