A Big Data Scientist who will know how to take massive amounts of data and find the insights our clients need to help their companies do more. You thrive in a team setting where you can use your creative and analytical prowess to obliterate problems. You’re passionate about big data and digital technology, and you take pride in making a tangible difference. You have communication and people skills in spades, along with strong leadership chops. Complex issues don’t faze you thanks to your razor-sharp critical thinking skills.
Enabled with appropriate upskilling, you will:
Use quantitative methods and develop statistical models to derive actionable insights, patterns & outcomes from data.
Develop custom ML models based on in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business problems to ensure analytics deliverables meet client needs.
Prototype and demonstrate products for clients in customer environments.
Use your judgment to craft solutions to complex problems or seek guidance as needed.
Keep everyone from individual contributors to top executives in the loop about progress, communicating across organizations and levels.
Pinpoint and clarify key issues that need action, lead the response and articulate results clearly in actionable form.
Show a strong aptitude for carrying out solutions and translating objectives into a scalable solution that meets end customers’ needs within deadlines.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in corporate and/or academic research environments
Candidates are only eligible that are submitted through The Mom Project
Bonus points if:
You have experience/interest working with data, data gathering and entry, data analysis, data cleansing, etc.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or have completed courses in a quantitative field(s), e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or related fields
You have experience/interest working/learning programming language (e.g. Python, R)
You are proficient in Excel
You are passionate, creative, curious, forward thinking and a problem solver
You have great presentation skills and are able to deal with a wide range of management levels and stakeholders
You have great attention to details
You have familiarity with using cloud platforms and services (AWS, Google, Azure)
You possess a blend of quantitative and analytical skills, and have consulting expertise that will create value and insights for our clients
You have experience with statistical/visualization tools (Tableau, SQL)
You have familiarity or experience with data tools and environments (e.g. Hadoop, Alteryx)
You have AI experience or skills (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP)
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
