Performing Arts, Spectator Sports, and Related Industries 

These establishments produce, organize and promote live presentations involving the performances of actors and actresses, singers, dancers, musical groups and artists, athletes, and other entertainers. This involves:

  • Producing, organizing, managing, and/or promoting events.
  • Managing and representing entertainers.
  • Providing the artistic, creative and technical talent necessary to produce these live events.

This sector includes the performing arts, spectator sports, and the promotion of live events, as well as the work of agents, managers, and independent artists.

Museums, Historical Sites, and Similar Institutions

This subsector is dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of objects, sites, and natural wonders of historical, cultural, and/or educational value.

Amusement, Gambling, and Recreation Industries

These establishments operate facilities where people can engage in sports, recreation, amusement, or gambling activities. They can also provide other amusement and recreation services, such as operating sports teams, clubs, or leagues engaged in playing games for recreational purposes, as well as guiding tours without using transportation equipment. This subsector encompasses amusement parks and arcades, gambling industries, and other recreational institutions.
