This week we highlight a student from the Technology Management program. Congratulations to Lelani Pacific-Jack on her role as a Solutions and Operations Intern at McGraw Hill!
“As a Solutions & Operations Intern, I will collaborate with a talented team of technology specialists, solutions consultants, and operations professionals to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance access to education. In this role, I will focus on streamlining processes such as Inclusive Access operations, metadata management, and digital product delivery, ensuring students receive affordable, high-quality learning materials. Through the Inclusive Access business model, which integrates course materials into tuition to reduce costs, I am excited to contribute to McGraw Hill’s mission of making education more accessible and equitable for all learners.”
