1. Look for a Job in the H1B Visa Sponsors Database
The first thing to do is to look for companies that have already sponsored H1B visas in the past few years. You can do this by searching “H1B visa sponsors database” or “companies that sponsor H1B visas.” Then, change the wording slightly to obtain lists of company names that have sponsored H1B visas in the past.
If you want to go to a specific location in the United States, you could just try searching “H1B Visa Sponsors Database California,” or any other combination of words with the state/city you’re interested in visiting. You might even find the type of jobs, salary information, and which petitions have been approved by the USCIS.

However, if you do not find companies in your field of expertise, take a look at the techfetch.com homepage, as well as US job sites like CareerBuilder, Monster, or Dice. You might get lucky on those sites while you browse for employment.
