Corporate recruiters and hiring managers are actively searching for Columbia students and alumni to fill full-time and internship opportunities on SPS Talent.
🔎Candidate Search🔍
🔎Employers are able to use the feature “Candidate Search” on SPS Talent. Candidate Search allows the employer to search through the candidates’ profiles and resumes on SPS Talent.
🔎In order for your resume to appear in the “Candidate Search” feature, you must upload a resume.
🔎The more information you include in your profile, such as desired industry and languages spoken, the more ways you’ll come up in an employer’s search.
🔎In your account settings, there is a section called “Promote Yourself” that is automatically turned on so your resume and profile are searchable to employers!
To optimize your visibility to employers, do the following:
-
Claim your SPS Talent account (if you haven’t already)
-
Thoroughly complete your profile and upload your resume. The more information you add to your Application Materials and Background sections, the more ways employers are able to find you in a search.
