Simplifying Career Services After a Year Of Pivoting

A little over a year ago, my colleagues and I were suddenly preparing a new graduating class to enter a starkly different job market. It was a year of innovation, growth, and trial and error. Looking back on our data, though, we learned that Class of 2020 students who’d attended just one of our employer events increased their chances of landing a job by 11%! How did that happen? It turns out that employer relations have cumulative effects on employment outcomes for our students.
